Heads of CIS and SCO missions discuss Constitutional Referendum observation in Kazakhstan

MINSK. March 13 (Interfax) - The head of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation mission, Deputy Secretary-General of the SCO Oleg Kopylov, held a working meeting with the First Deputy Secretary-General of the Commonwealth of Independent States, head of the CIS observer mission Igor Petrischenko, the SCO press service reported on Friday.
