Tokayev hails new constitution as 'new era' for Kazakhstan

ALMATY. July 1 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated Kazakh citizens on the new constitution taking effect, calling it an epochal event that ushers in a new era for the country.
