U.S. embassy: Border security, combat medicine part of joint program with Tajikistan

DUSHANBE. July 1 (Interfax) - The Virginia National Guard and Tajikistan's security services have been cooperating as part of the State Partnership Program since 1993 to enhance regional security, the U.S. embassy in Dushanbe said in a statement.
