TASHKENT. July 22 (Interfax) - Uzbekistan's government is preparing a new privatization program and is planning to put 1,300 real estate properties totaling UZS 100 trillion (approximately $8.34 billion) up for sale, presidential press secretary Sherzod Asadov posted on social media, noting that the new program includes the privatization of 8,000 hectares of land and state shares in 66 enterprises.
