China reaches summer gas consumption peak at last year's level, imports down only 2% in June

MOSCOW. Aug 7 (Interfax) - China imported a total of 13.826 billion cubic meters of natural gas (via pipelines and LNG) in June 2025, down just 2% from a year earlier (14.121 bcm), China's General Administration of Customs said.
