Kazakhstan, Russia sign energy, finance and education deals during Putin visit
ALMATY. May 28 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan and Russia signed a broad package of intergovernmental and interagency agreements covering energy, finance, education and transport, headlined by a deal on building Kazakhstan's first nuclear power plant with Russian financing.
