Deputy governor overseeing utilities in Abai region to be punished over delayed winter preparations in Semey

ASTANA. Oct 6 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov has ordered disciplinary action against a deputy governor of the Abai region over delays in preparing the city of Semey, the regional administrative center, for the heating season.
