Tokayev calls Belgium reliable partner in Europe

ASTANA. Oct 12 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on Monday called Belgium a proven and reliable partner in Europe and said Kazakhstan should draw on Belgian expertise.
