Necessary to give constructive response to NATO's intention to expand its responsibility zone - Russian FM
MOSCOW. Oct 16 (Interfax) - NATO is attempting to dictate its will far beyond its responsibility zone in the Asian region, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said, adding that a constructive response should be given to that.
