Putin: Gas prices could quickly shift from rising to falling; global market faces risk of long-term imbalance for time being

MOSCOW. Oct 27 (Interfax) - The price situation on the global gas market could change rapidly going forward, though there are currently signs of long-term imbalance, Russian President Vladimir Putin said while opening the 28th ministerial meeting of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF).
