Tokayev demands tighter control over water consumption in Kazakhstan
ASTANA. Oct 28 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan needs tighter control over water consumption and must complete the creation of a national water resources information system as soon as possible, Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said.
