ASTANA. June 26 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) -- Kazakhstan plans to redirect about 860 billion tenge in social spending toward education, healthcare and science beginning next year, Deputy Prime Minister and National Economy Minister Serik Zhumangarin said Friday.
