ASTANA. June 29 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan's parliament ratified a protocol Monday that upgrades the status of two checkpoints on the border with Uzbekistan, moving them from bilateral to international crossings and extending their operating hours to round-the-clock.
