Tokayev announces 'overhaul' of Kazakh statehood

ASTANA. June 30 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said Tuesday that Kazakhstan is embarking on a fundamental overhaul of the very foundations of its statehood.
