Power plants in Kokshetau, Semey and Ust-Kamenogorsk must be built within three years – president

ASTANA. June 30 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said Tuesday that three combined heat and power plants (CHP) – in Kokshetau, Semey and Ust-Kamenogorsk – must be built within the next three years.
