Kazakh president calls for upcoming Kurultai elections to be held in spirit of open competition

ASTANA. June 30 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said Tuesday that the upcoming elections to Kazakhstan's new unicameral parliament – the Kurultai – scheduled for August, must be held in a spirit of open and fair competition.
