China Tianying plans several waste-to-energy plants in three Kazakh cities

ASTANA. July 16 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov met with China Tianying Inc. Party Secretary and President Debiao Cao to discuss prospects for building waste-to-energy plants in Kazakhstan’s cities, the government press service said.
