Tokayev dismisses governor of Kazakhstan's oil-rich Atyrau region

ASTANA. July 17 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on Friday dismissed Serik Shapkenov as governor of the Atyrau region, the presidential press service said.
