Tokayev names former energy minister Akchulakov as governor of Atyrau region

ASTANA. July 17 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev appointed Bolat Akchulakov, a former energy minister and ex-head of the Kazenergy association, as governor of the Atyrau region on Friday, the presidential press service said.
