Turkmenistan holding negotiations with Georgia on constructing Black Sea cargo terminal

ASHGABAT. July 17 (Interfax) - Ashgabat is holding negotiations with Georgia on the creation of a Turkmen cargo terminal on the Georgian coast of the Black Sea, the newspaper Neutral Turkmenistan cited President Serdar Berdimuhamedov as saying during a visit to Georgia.
