ASTANA. July 20 (Interfax) - Kazakhstan is assessing the damage caused by the attacks on tankers near the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) marine terminal, and reserves its right to demand compensation, the Kazakh Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
